CEO & Founder

Barry, PE AIA MME is a highly accomplished architectural engineering professional with decades of experience in mechanical engineering and architectural project design. Holding both undergraduate and graduate degrees in engineering from The City College of New York, Barry has built an impressive career marked by expertise in power systems, advanced mechanical solutions, and luxury urban design.

As a licensed Professional Engineer across multiple states, including Indiana, California, Arizona, Idaho, and New York, Barry has led complex engineering projects domestically and internationally, spanning the U.S., Saudi Arabia, and Iran. His contributions to the field have been recognized with prestigious ASHRAE awards for energy efficiency and technological advancements in hospital and chilled water system designs.  His dedication to energy efficiency is renowned. 

With a deep technical background and a commitment to innovation, Barry continues to bring his engineering expertise to diverse projects, ensuring efficiency, safety, and excellence in every endeavor.

Director

Debbie, MPA, MJNP is an accomplished Director specializing in project management and architectural engineering design, with an expansive portfolio spanning multi-family, commercial, and mixed-use developments. She is known for creating luxury, functional, and sustainable spaces that maximize efficiency and lasting value.

With advanced degrees and extensive industry experience, she brings expert-level mastery in integrating structural, mechanical, and architectural systems. Her strong command of building codes, accessibility standards, and design principles results in environments that are both technically sound and visually striking.

Debbie has successfully led complex projects from concept to completion, consistently achieving results while fostering collaboration among clients and teams. Recognized for elevating design quality and driving innovation, she brings trusted leadership and technical excellence to every project.
